The T-back round labret is handcarved from bloodwood by Diablo Organics. The fronts are flared approximately 1mm larger than the gauge size. Choose your size below.

10g = 5/16″ (8mm) wearable, with a 7/16″ overall length and 3/8″ (9.5mm) wide t-back.
